2021 Wotton Sparkling Blanc de Blanc

Specially selected hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from our Uraidla Vineyards were cooled and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation in barrel was followed by secondary fermentation and ageing on lees in bottle for a further 30 months.
